Responsibilities :

  • Redesigns and calibrates customer strategy, to adhere to organization's strategy and industry and consumer trends
  • Designs and launches customer personalization across all touch points and customer communication channels
  • Revamps strategic segmentation, based on value and engagement
  • Enhances portfolio of microsegments, personas, and attributing
  • Cultivates the aforementioned portfolio by building thematical and program campaigns
  • Builds remarketing strategy based on automations, triggered by customer attributes, transactional and behavioral events
  • Streamlines commercial campaigning aiming to improve conversions and ROI, by boosting relevancy on customer needs and journey
  • Implements a solid contact strategy to maximize customer engagement
  • Redesigns GDPR strategy and speeds up deployment across all channels
  • Leads the transition to a new cutting-edge marketing automation and data platform
  • Manages and enriches customer base to improve customer understanding and enhance its value
  • Optimizes operations to rationalize and reduce marketing and communicational costs
  • Requirements :

  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role, ideally in the Retail, Telcos, Gambling, eCommerce industries
  • Experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, SoMe and use of Digital Channels
  • Experience in SQL and Microsoft 1BI
  • Experience in Marketing Automation platforms / CDP / Google Analytics
  • Copywriting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office; especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and passion
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Strong team spirit
  • Desirable Qualifications :

  • Master's degree
  • Specialized certifications in many of the following areas : CRM, Analytics, Strategy, Digital Marketing - ecommerce, SoMe, Gamification, Research (Diplomas / Courses)
  • Aesthetic and commercial perception
  • Negotiation and communication skills
