Our BAS team is growing, and as a BAS Associate / Experienced Associate you’ll play a key role in that growth by helping our clients take advantage of the opportunities that come with change by balancing competing economic, social and environmental goals with national and European regulatory requirements.

Working across all industries, you’ll develop your career by communicating creative, strategic goals both internally and externally.

You will be provided with the opportunity to work on complex financial reporting issues, deals or other transformational events and the ESG framework and its related schemes.

You will also be responsible for delivering client engagements in accordance with International Auditing Standards and PwC’s methodology by providing broader assurance services and proposing solutions for high profile transactions.

The role entails : Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information. Produce high quality client deliverables which adheres to the relevant professional standards, ensuring proper monitoring of basic engagement economics and logistics.

Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques. Keep up-to-date with technical developments for areas of specialism and review trends both domestically and internationally.

Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in materials produced. Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.

Work as part of cross - functional teams within PwC to bring our clients high value propositions and delivery solutions.

Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. Participate in a broad range of client facing assurance projects and assist teams in drafting proposals.

The successful candidate should have Minimum one (1) to five (5) years of relevant work experience. University degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Engineering and / or related disciplines.

Confidence, advanced critical and innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration skills. Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (in both English & Greek).

Excellent financial and business analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in assurance and / or ESG reporting and standards, (e.

g. ISAE, SOC, EUGBS, TCFD, ISSB). Familiarity with accounting & financial reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP) is preferred.

Progress towards / completion of professional qualification, such as CIA, ACCA / ACA, CFE will be considered an asset. What’s in it for you PwC is all about people, encouraging high performance and quality.
