What we're looking for :

You are experienced in customer service or sales development looking to jump start your career in Digital Sales. You will have fluent or native German! You will be passionate about joining a growing global software organization and play a critical part of the journey for Citrix in Dublin.

Position Overview

As the Sales Development Specialist you would be the first point of contact for our customers and potential customers. You will establish the relationship and identify our customers’ needs to determine the opportunities that meet the qualification criteria for a sale.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day execution of sales activities to exceed the business performance targets
  • Achieve and exceed the daily, quarterly and annual targets both pipeline generation and activity based targets, as well as accurately forecast pipeline generation
  • Engage with customers to determine their needs and find opportunities to fulfill their needs with Citrix’s products and services
  • Utilize modern digital selling and marketing techniques and tools to engage, communicate and develop a relationship effectively with key business decision makers
  • Qualifications

  • Previous tele-sales or phone based customer service experience is required
  • Proficient / Native German
  • Strong listening skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to communicate successfully over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
