We are looking for a Demand Planner.
Create and manage the demand forecasts 0-24 months , for specific portfolio following DP processes of Base Line Fcst generation, History cleanse, Enrichment and History check.
Seek Business interactions for forecast enrichment process (Promotions and NPD’s) and align volumes with Sales & Marketing.
Analyze relationship between promotional activities, new products introductions and seasonal impact on product demand.
Review all promo activities and their effectiveness related to volumes & timing accuracy and apply in future promotions.
Analyzing & improving key demand planning metrics : forecast accuracy, bias.
Qualifications / Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor degree level, preferably in Supply Chain Management / Engineering.
Supply Chain experience, preferably in FMCG, of 2-3 years
Basic Knowledge on Supply Planning Effective communication skills in peer and one up level colleagues.
Advanced analytics skills
Able to embrace the change and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on complex supply chain Computer literate : Excel, Word, Power Point & demand planning systems
Good knowledge of English
