What you’ll doActively engage in the greenhouse related network to truly understand growers and stakeholders and create new opportunities.
In addition, translating these needs to a customized offer, including business-case calculationsEnable long term profitable growth through selling Signify Horticulture LED Solutions in greenhouse business, through building up new leads, together with certified partnersProvide input and co-develop the LED & Greenhouse marketing strategyIdentify and initiates partnership targets in line with strategyManage / train Partners to develop the marketRepresent Signify Horticultural LED Solutions-business at trade fairs and other eventsfarming acvitve customers, hunting new customerscreate ecosystem to recruit Horticuture partner in IIGstrong collaboration with Central divisionForecast predictability and pipelane managementWhat you’ll needIn possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Horticulture)5 years of sales experience in the Horticulture sectorPassionate about greenhouse technology and plant physiology!Knowledgeable of lighting is an advantageCommitted, result driven, no nonsense & to-the-point.
Fluent in English with Native level in Italian or Greek or Hebrew, additional languages are a plusGood communicator, conscientious and pro-activeYou are an excellent team player, but you are also capable of working in a very autonomous way.
