    In the context of your responsibilities, you will need to :

  • Conduct field visits or follow-up in order to ensure proper i) Initiation & / or support of top down initatives ii) ensure alignment with field force iii) roll-
  • out and follow up on optimum planning implementation.

  • Agree & co-develop with Territory Manager brand related content to increase territory performance efficiency & effectiveness and align with key stakeholders.
  • Secure Deployment of territory plan :
  • roll out & provide efficient territory performance indicators and feedback per quarter.

  • Assist, track, consolidate & analyze results and identify challenges / gaps vs Key Performance Indicators.
  • Propose findings, corrective actions, proposals & improvements to all stakeholders

  • Coordinate and manage warehouse as per territory / cycle needs.
  • Monitor the optimal utilization of all trade & consumer engagement tools and materials per channel, occasion and consumer audience.

    Contribute to the optimization of processes and controls in all matters related to the warehousing and distribution of materials.

  • Coordinate the regional sales force support by 3rd party agencies and prepare the planning, evaluation, invoicing and monitoring of respective activations to ensure effective remote planning and coordination.
  • Build and maintain a solid image for PM Greece as a responsible corporation and preferred business partner, following business conduct policies and procedures, and by performing activities in line with the Marketing Code.
