Sales Operations Manager, Wilhelmsen Marine Products

Marine Products , one of the group's largest divisions, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager with strong a nalytical, people and business skills and experience or interest in the Maritime Industry .

The selected candidate will work in a global Sales Operations Team and collaborate with the Sales Management Team of the assigned Sales Area.

The Sales Operations Manager will lead and contribute to projects related to : sales performance and cost-efficiency improvement, development and monitoring of visualizations in Power BI / Excel and other tools, translate complex sales data into actionable commercial improvement initiatives.

Improving cross-functional collaboration within Marine Products, as well as global process standardization and sales growth enablement, will also be key in this position.

What you'll be doing :

Run and lead commercial and strategic initiatives that will increase sales efficiency and effectiveness

Ensure process efficiency, global standardization and implementation of best practice

Implement change initiatives, benchmark, and ensure high performance within Sales Areas

Identify and analyze business opportunities for cost saving or increased revenue generation

Manage assigned global best practice and change initiatives in Sales Support

What we think you bring :

Degree, preferably within economics or business administration

Work experience from consulting, finance, analytics, or sales operations related positions in the Maritime Industry

Experience with analytical, structural, process related and commercial problem solving

Data driven and independent thinker with strong cross functional collaboration skillset

Proven communication skills and ability to implement / drive change

Ability to communicate a complex analysis in a simple way

Extensive experience working with excel, MS office, CRM systems etc., and ideally Power BI

Result oriented and ability identify value adding improvement initiatives
