Responsibilities :

Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cisco SDWAN services and solutions.

Work with customers via collaboration tools to tackle highly sophisticated technical issues.

Be a member of worldwide team.

Engage in cross-technology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments.

Recreate customer technical problems within Cisco’s internal state-of-the-art labs.

Be a trusted technical authority to worldwide Cisco customers and partners.

Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.

Create automation and augmentation logic to speed up issue resolution.

Improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.

Be the first to lay hands on the latest and greatest cutting-edge technologies within the SDWAN domain.

Collaborate with the engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects.

Requirements :

Solid understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware (Modern Enterprise Networks).

Knowledge of application, network and transport infrastructure protocols.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

LAN and WAN production environment experience.

Stress-resistant, ability to work under pressure, and good prioritising skills.

Practical experience with Linux operating systems.

Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

Understanding of X.509 Certificates usage workflow.

Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internal resources and apply that knowledge in real-world situations.

Skills to work independently as well as in a very diverse team environment.

Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field of study (preferably with a network engineering / computer science).
