We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful candidate will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
This candidate will play a major role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
As an outside sales representative, or sales agent, you will also research sales competition.
More specifically, as a Field Sales Representative, you will :
Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc);
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies / models and evaluate their effectiveness;
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long- lasting relationships;
Meet personal and team sales targets;
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads;
Attend meetings sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments;
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data;
Minimum 2 years of expertise in B to B field sales at mid senior level management;
Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Previous experience in banking sector and Card Terminals is a great plus;
Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
Strong organizational and diary management skills;
Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections;
A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets;
Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially;
A valid driving license;
Native or Fluent in French;
Excellent use of English
