via inbound calls, mail, and online chat
for customers to resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate data input
of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
Be able to offer
recommendations to common problems.
What is necessary for me to get the role?
Previous experience in the field of customer service will be considered as an asset.
