Your main responsibilities will be :
Customer Experience Advocates will assist customers through phone and / or chat about account management, billing issues, content and basic site navigation.
Solve issues with regards to Pandora's e-commerce business
Engage with customers that face problems with their payments, orders, deliverables and try to maintain top quality service on behalf of the company
Give accurate and real-time responses to client inquiries
Cooperate with managers and team leaders, to deliver top results, according to the companies policies and goals
