The PDE team is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to drive efficient customer onboarding journeys for new and existing Mastercard multirail products both in the account-to-account and card payment space.
The ideal candidate is passionate about defining and enabling smooth customer experience journey, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and has a good business and technical knowledge of account-to-account and card payments.
The successful candidate will :
Ensure full engagement from customers as well as internal MasterCard partners. Effectively manage project issues and escalations.
