The Client Partner Analyst will partner with Global Commercial and CBO (Chief Business Office) Digital Client Partners to deliver projects and services to the business.
They will be responsible for providing business analysis and project management support for all aspects of Digital including data analytics, customer experience, digital marketing, enterprise systems, etc.
documentation of business and functional requirements; and defining outcomes based metrics for projects; The Client Partner Analyst will require a broad understanding of the business, strategic direction, and related business needs and will support multiple business functional areas.
Interfaces with Global Commercial and CBO business clients and leaders.Utilizes analytical skills to effectively interpret business needs and translates the needs into clear business and functional requirements.
Leverages business process skills to assist in problem clarification and solutioning.Defines outcomes based metrics and tracks adoption / usage metrics.
Proactively drives expansion of usage and adoption.Supports development of business cases.Effectively works with cross-functional teams to deliver moderately complex projects.
Demonstrates strong client engagement and problem- solving skills. Works independently.Builds and maintains a strong network of Digital colleagues and client contacts - knows who to go to for answers and assistance.
Leads Digital Commercial cross-functional work efforts and limited duration teams.
Education : BA, BS, MBA5 plus years of business analysis experience (desired in Pharma industry) delivering Digital Marketing and Commercial solutions emerging technologies, enterprise solutions, websites, mobile, social.
Health care institution experience a plus.
Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express technical concepts in business terms.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues at senior levels.
Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects.Strong problem solving and solutioning skills including the ability to synthesize complex data and process inputs.
Strong program and project management skills including financial tracking.Experience using of Digital Workplace Technologies (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive)Experience using JIRA to create and manage change requests and MS Project for creating and managing project plansExperience with enterprise collaboration tools (SharePoint, Box, Yammer, etc.)
Preferred Discipline(s) :
Experience scoping and delivering reporting and analytics solutions.Experience implementing websites in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requires work schedule that partially overlaps with US EST zone.
