As a Customer Support Specialist you will need to :
Deliver high quality support in Spanish or Portuguese : provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods / tools
Manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Native / near-native level of Spanish or Portuguese
B2 level of English
Tech savvy, curious about new technologies
Flexibility to work night shifts / weekend shifts (if applicable)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent remuneration package (Gross per month : 1,050 - 1,200€)
