Communication skills : Recruiters communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
They must also be able to communicate with potential job candidates.
Interpersonal skills : Recruiters must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork.
They must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates.
Decision-making skills. Recruiters must be able to review candidates’ applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.
Discretion : Like most human resources positions, recruiters often deal with confidential information.

To monitor the candidates’ process, inform all applicants regarding the final outcome of their application and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for new hires
To collaborate with the rest of the HR team and meet high volumes of requests on time
To cooperate with colleagues from the production and in some cases with our clients
To be a part of a dynamic agile working environment with a continuous development mindset
At least 3 years of experience in high volume recruiting environment
Bachelor’s degree related in Human Resources or Business Administration field
A professional, positive and flexible attitude
Full proficiency in Swedish-Finnish / Swedish-Norwegian and fluency in English
Strong familiarity with advertising methods on Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Tech savvy and proficient in the use of modern technology
Excellent communication and analytical skills with high attention to details
Ability to prioritize / multi-task in a fast pace environment and lead the full cycle of recruitment for various openings
Availability to join recruitment fairs or to attend various career events locally based or abroad
