We are currently looking for a Mid Java / Java + SQL Development Engineer who will join Engenious family and provide professional service for our international client - a pioneer in power and automation technology industry.

We are looking for MID / Senior developers who are not afraid of developing the existing code and are eager to gain knowledge in the field of energy markets.

This is an opportunity for independent specialists, able to proactively gain project info and requirements from BAs and QAs.

Java Developer will join the team consisting of 16 ppl (Software Engineers, BA, QA, DevOps).

Project tech stack : Java, Python, and JavaScript.

Preferred background / experience :

The requirements for the role are advancement in at least one of the following technologies + the desire to develop strongly in the others :

Java, Spring Boot

SQL : MS SQL Server

The ability to optimize the performance of SQL queries will be consider as great advantage

The scope of the role :

Requirements analysis, suggestions of technical patterns

Development of changes, code and product quality assurance

API performance optimization : increasing size of data stored in the system

Creation of unit test

Participation in sprint planning, roadmap, safety checks

Preparation and delivery of releases

Collaboration with QA, DevOps, 1st and 2nd support
