YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Planning and documenting technical specifications for features for system design
Alignment on technical directions
Quality of deliverables
Leading project development team
Directing the development team in coding, debugging, designing of solutions
Maintaining productive working environment for development team
Participating in architecture discussions
Performance development
APPLY IF YOU HAVE
5+ years of production experience with a track record of success including understanding project requirements and delivering on them
Great experience in object-oriented programming ASP.NET, .NET Core, C# - at least 5 years
Knowledge and proven experience in Azure hosting and services (Event Hub, Data Factory, App Service, Synaps Analytics)
Proven experience in leading development teams
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills - you can convert aspects between tech and business.
Proven experience of working with international clients and building strong relationships
Openness to be a mentor for team members
Fluency in English
Experience in estimating projects
Experience in Agile environment
