Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a proactive and diligent Receptionist to support the Office Management team in our Athens Office.

Role summary :

Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be exhausted to Office organization and daily operation.

What you will need to do :

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.keeping meeting agendas; consolidating multiple reports; ; collecting, organizing, distributing and maintaining information within appropriate cloud filling systems (i.
  • e. document management).

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • What you will need to have :

  • BSc / College degree or any qualification in Secretariat studies
  • Min. three (3) years of proven administrative support or personal assistant experience at an international working environments
  • Working professional knowledge of English
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of systems and procedures for office organization
  • What it is nice to have :

  • Working experience in a similar industry
  • Having worked with a cloud storage software
  • You are someone who :

  • Can work with minimum supervision and enjoy making measurable improvements in his / her area of activity
  • Has sharpened coordination, planning and organizing skills
