Main Tasks :

  • Coordinates with various departments to run internal processes and maintain track of all project schedule and ensure compliance to all timeframe and prepare an effective work schedule in coordination with design engineers and maintain regular visits to construction sites.
  • Monitors an effective construction quality control program and ensure compliance to all construction regulations and prepare required documents and establish quality of all construction work for all contracts.
  • Assists contractors to evaluate all contract documents and prepare reports for any deficiencies in projects and ensure adherence to all legal, design and construction regulations for all new stores at various locations and ensure effective maintenance of all project schedules.
  • Documents all administration and construction activities and evaluate progress of all projects and monitor all ad hoc requests and maintain records for all construction procedures.
  • Collaborates, gathers and evaluates all change orders and maintain records of all processes and maintain logs of all stores recordings and submit for approval.
  • Monitors all contractor drawings at various intervals and maintain records of all installation and perform technical evaluations for SC tenders, recommend changes if required, supervise and ensure compliance to all specifications.
  • Monitors & ensures compliance to all company safety requirements to all projects from conceptualization to implementation and prepare needed reports.
  • Requirements

  • Have on field technical background (preferably Civil engineer)
  • Work in construction or Retail store network company in administrating tasks
  • Work in and out of office on construction sites all over Greece
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint
  • Administrating and legal background is a plus
  • Be an all-around team player with flexibility and dynamic personality
  • AutoCAD / 3ds design and SAP knowledge considered an asset
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail
