For the season of 2017, we are looking for associates who are willing to learn and build up a successful career in hospitality.
Currently we are seeking to recruit for our office in Athens a Contracting Sales Executive, with the below skills :
Good knowledge of international market trends and requirements
Portfolio of contacts with travel agents and tour operators
Portfolio with corporate contacts will be an important asset
Ability to understand needs of hotel and taking initiative to perform sales actions that will lead in generating sales revenues in cooperation with the departments’ head
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Internet
Ability to work as a team member is essential
At least 2 years of proven experience in relevant field (contracting)
Manage sales calls and organize meetings with travel agencies & tour operators
Organize corporate contacts and arrange meetings with corporate clients
Develop a wide leisure and corporate sales network for company's hotels
Handle group requests
Prepare special offers for specific periods per market segment
Organize internal contract management system
Cooperate closely with the management of the company in the field of sales
