The role

The Helpdesk supervisor will build, organize and manage a team of helpdesk officers from existing and new members. He / She must propose software and hardware resources to improve the performance of the team.

This group will handle Level 1 troubleshooting for many areas including : hardware, software,

MS Office suite, network issues. This team will be responsible for delivering to the end users PCs and mobile devices with all setup and software installation needed.

The role is based in Halkidiki.

Your main accountabilities will be :

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically.
  • Log all help desk interactions.
  • Assist in research, recommend and implement relevant technologies to streamline day to day operations.
  • Your main qualifications :

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as IT Helpdesk manager on geographically dispersed helpdesk offices.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software on windows desktop and mobile products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and assist with hardware, software and network problems.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language.
