Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, an international well-known pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :

Job Description :

  • Monitors activities performed by the Logistics Service Provider.
  • Coordinates customer complaints resolution issued by the business and take actions to ensure they evaluated in a timely basis and corrective actions are implemented by the Logistic Service provider
  • Analyzes trends, draw conclusions and recommend corrective action in order to ensure maximum efficiency of Logistics processes
  • Monitors the inventory management process
  • Suggests appropriate measures to resolve problems and issues , working with other members of the Logistics team to ensure standards are maintained
  • Completes operational activities for the daily inventory reconciliation, serve as a key contact with trade department and customer service
  • Reviews the Logistics Service Provider’s proposed transportation solutions and approve or propose improvements
  • Supports the performance process by validating monthly metrics and KPI’s
  • Prepares written reports on problems, issues and investigations to support actions suggested and taken
  • Organizes, coordinates and prepares the monthly meeting with Logistics Service Provider to review logistics performance and follow up on agreed actions
  • Acts as key contact person for interface monitoring and inventory reconciliation ensuring proper communication with involved functions
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the logistics are or equivalent experience in materials management. Focus on transportation aspects preferred
  • Experience of working in a fast paced complex organization with some supervisory experience. Exposure to pharmaceutical environment preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP experience
  • Fluency in English language and computer skills
  • Good oral, written and presentation skills in order to communicate efficiently
  • Able to do own work with minimal supervision
  • Results oriented, team player and able to work under pressure
