Cooperating with both the Questionnaire creation teams (GDDC, Special Projects) as well as Data Acquisition (DA) for developing and creating a well functioning and organized survey

Creates / Maintains Work Orders / JOs which contain the (internal / external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured

Review the timelines Questionnaire / Feasibility template with Special Projects, CS, GDDC, DCI and other stakeholders and coordinate with the field teams for RRES type of surveys

Questionnaire / Feasibility template review.

Survey / Study link creation (authoring), including QCT alert setup

Testing the link to check completeness before sending out to stakeholders for further testing

Support in testing and validation activities to confirm the requirements are successfully met

Ensure SLA’s & Quality parameters (PDRs and QEs) are aligned with the global standards.

Coordination with Business teams till survey is live in field

Create, Prepare and Upload Preloading, Planning and Survey Access files based on the provided information (During testing and for live surveys)

Create and maintain internal tracking files

Ensure that there are no Pre Delivery Rework or Quality Escape

Ensure that the defined SLAs and timeline commitments are met

Define and modify SOPs as per requirements on time to time basis

Create Field Briefing Material for each new study for the field teams

Follow up with the Tech team on issues within the DCT and NIV module / application.

End to End follow up until a solution is applied and the issue is resolved

Conduct training sessions for the field teams (auditors and / or QCTEs) for each new survey

Training or process knowledge transfer in case business needs to understand DCT / NIV process

Any new development, verification process to confirm the developed part is working fine

Back-office support for data collection on the field, working closely with the Data Acquisition (DA) team

Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and gives follow up to them by raising and chasing tickets until a solution is applied and the issues are resolved

Qualifications

  • Higher University education (Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, Operations Management)
  • Upper Intermediate English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region)
  • Proactive, dynamic and organized, able to work independently, efficiently and effectively.
