Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10
Install / Uninstall / Repare Programs
Enable / Disable Network Adapters
Add / remove network & local printers and troubleshoot print issues
Map network shared drives / folders
Knowledge about the structure of Active Directory (e.g. Domain, Objects, Trees, Organizational Units)
Execute routine tasks (e.g. add member to a Security Group, unlock / reset user’s password)
Knowledge of Basic Network terms (e.g. IP,DNS,DHCP)
Execute basic commands in Command Promt (ipconfig, gpudate, tracert etc.)
VPN (install / uninstall / troubleshoot client software (e.g. Cisco AnyConnect ) and import certificates)
Basic Knowledge on Access Points (SSID’s, how they work etc.)
Microsoft Office Suites 2010 / 2013 / 2016 & Office365
Install / Uninstall / Repaire Suite
Install / Uninstall / Repaire Add-ons
Basic Knowledge on usage of Office Apps ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
Microsoft Outlook :
Troubleshoot MS Outlook (e.g. Create new profile, add-ins, Delegate calendar / mailbox Access)
Create / Map pst files
Add / remove mailboxes
Check / configure mailbox rules
Knowledge how to use Windows Remote Desktop App
Use other remote tools (e.g. VNC, Ivanti Management console)
Knowledge how to execute routine tasks (e.g. reset user’s virtual session, terminate tasks) through administrative tool for virtual environments (e.g. Citrix AppCenter)
Create, handle, prioritize tickets
Knowledge about principles of SLAs & OLAs
SAP & Identity Management (IdM)
Install / Configure SAP Gui on user’s device
Execute routine tasks in SAP :
unlock / reset SAP password
change default SAP printer / output
redirect SAP print spooler
Execute routine tasks related to user access requests (finding proper access roles for Active Directory, SAP etc.)
Handle IdΜ tickets for user access requests
Mobile Devices Management
Knowledge on Android / iOS operating systems
Configuration of Mail account
Execute routine tasks (push certificates and applications) through administrative console for mobile devices (e.g. VMware AirWatch)
