In this dynamic environment we are now recruiting an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Associate for our Consulting team in Athens with a proven track record of high-quality delivery of client projects.
As a part of our team you will
Apply knowledge of business process modelling notations (e.g. BPMN, EPC) to designing / documenting processes.
Participate in process redesign workshops that involve diagnosing issues and eliciting process requirements.
Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization.
Apply methodologies for business process reengineering and improvement.
Participate in the development of recommendations to improve business processes, efficiencies and practices.
Cultivate and maintain working relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders.
Support more junior members of the team in delivering assignments efficiently, on quality and in a timely manner.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals and presentations related to projects and initiatives.
What we are looking for
At least three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment
Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign top-tier university with a background in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or relevant discipline
A relevant professional qualification (e.g. Lean / Six Sigma Certification) and experience in utilizing business process management software solutions (e.
g. ARIS, Bizagi) will be regarded positively.
Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into elegant written, spoken and visual communications.
Experience in assessing, designing and documenting business processes and other operating model elements.
Strong interest and passion for research and learning.
A confident and positive attitude focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.
Ability to work in multidiscipline teams and projects across industries.
