Following our business strategy for market development we are looking for :
Sales Representative for aggregates
Main duties and responsibilities will include :
Implementing the operative sales plan in accordance with the budget targets for aggregates and recycled aggregates;
Quoting prices, credit terms and preparing sales contracts;
Monitoring the relevant progress, proposing and driving the corrective actions necessary to achieve the defined sales targets regarding volumes, prices, number of customers, product portfolio;
Maintaining contact with established customers and developing new prospects;
Maintaining and increasing sales volume with established accounts and seeking new sales opportunities;
Analyzing and proposing sales opportunities and new products / services suitable to satisfy specific market needs
Analyzing customer needs and formulating solutions using all resources made available by the company;
Monitor the market trends and prepare reports. Developing, analysing and maintaining market intelligence;
Providing input and analysis for Budget preparation and re-forecasts;
Collecting money or / and cheques from customers according to Company’s internal procedures;
Supports implementation of country CO2 Road Map through promoting market sustainable products and ensuring the use of recycled aggregates at customers sites and specific projects;
Maintains the clients / third parties network as far concerns deliveries of recycled materials.
The ideal candidate shall possess the following skills & qualifications :
University degree- Sales Management or relevant filed;
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
Good computer literacy- Experience with SAP (knowledge of SD module is an advantage);
Min. 3 years commercial experience preferably in building construction materials sector;
Strong negotiation skills;
Customer oriented person with excellent communication and presentation skills;
Capable to work independently and as a Team player" with strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to communicate calmly under pressure;
Strong time-management" skills and setting priorities;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Adaptive and self-driven personality;
Ability to follow instructions and directions;
Open mindness & Adaptability;
Clear driving license.
