We are currently seeking highly motivated people to join our Advisory practice, which is a leading provider of services to the banking sector.
You will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and contribute to the growth of our team. Bringing experience and insight on one or more disciplines, you will shape solutions to a range of client challenges in the area of risk management and banking regulation.
Working in this creative environment, you will be given the opportunity to take responsibility and work on challenging projects for major clients in Greece as well as major financial institutions abroad.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Ph.D. and professional qualifications (e.g. PRM, CFA etc.) will be considered as assets.
o Risk management practices across the risk management lifecycle, in particular with respect to major risk types such as Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Interest Rate Risk and Liquidity Risk.
o Banking products (retail / corporate loans, credit facilities, deposits etc.) and investment products (e.g. stocks, bonds, derivatives etc.).
o Risk metrics / measures, sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, stress testing, risk appetite and limits, monitoring, reporting etc.
o Regulatory requirements in the banking industry, in particular on the Basel minimum capital requirements, the liquidity requirements under the EU Basel regulation (e.
g. LCR & NSFR), the Basel Pillar 2 requirements (e.g. ICAAP, ILAAP, stress testing and other elements under the SREP framework) and the requirements set by the EU Banks Recovery & Resolution Directive (BRRD).
o Strategic analysis and planning (business / capital / funding plans) in the banking sector
