We are looking for a talented, successful and creative Performance Marketing Specialist under whose guidance Channel VAS will make its entry into mobile performance marketing, required to launch new Android Apps in emerging markets.
You have the unique opportunity to put all processes and tools in place that enable you to develop strategies and run paid media campaigns successfully.
Map the company’s credit risk profiles and personas against the going targeting criteria and taxonomy of the mobile advertising industry
Design, build & execute multi-channel international paid media strategies for the company’s general lead generation and for the acquisition of Android App users
Deploy suite of analytics tools and platforms that monitors performance, costs and attribution
Achieve lowest acquisition cost and highest revenue per active app user
Apply the insights derived from app behavioral analytics to fine-tune audiences
Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation (a / b testing)
Achieve high search engine and app store visibility and ranking
Work closely with marketing colleagues and business owners to draw up coherent communication plans and budgets
Ensure that budgets, ROI and targets are adhered to
Continuously improve performance on key metrics by optimizing ads, conversions and keyword (SEO)
Required Experience & Qualifications :
5 years hands-on experience in complex paid media / mobile advertising campaigns
Verifiable success in user acquisition / app install campaigns
Excellent knowledge and / or certificates of paid search, paid social, display performance campaign, SEO / SEM / ASO tools and platforms
Data-driven with a strong background in analytics
Good understanding on the socio-demographics in the global emerging markets
Broad experience working with and managing agencies
Proven track record of managing budgets and ROI focus
A people person who works well across multi-functional teams and who is able to convincingly sell ideas
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Readiness to travel to emerging markets from time-to-time
The stamina to work long hours if the situation so requires
