Join the team of Business Analysts responsible for eliciting detailed business requirements relating to data sourcing, calculations, outputs, methodology and end-to-end controls which drive fundamental IT systems and process changes.
The team supports strategic implementation of various credit risk models incl. PD, LGD, Counterparty internal rating, Stress loss simulation, Stress RWA simulation, etc.
Responsibilities :
survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services
conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews
provide documentation of processes and business requirements
support business architects by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
find and implement solutions
collaborate with Risk Methodology, Risk IT and respective Finance counterparts to deliver the above tasks
support project management task
Requirements :
at least 3 years of experience on the position of Business Analyst
experience with Jira / Confluence
experience in creating User Stories
basic SQL skills
strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
previous exposure or familiarity to project development / project management approaches
exposure to working under the Agile methodology is a plus
a degree in banking / finance, or relevant work experience is a plus
knowledge of risk methodology, quantitative analysis, treasury or finance related topics is a plus
