Management Accounting Specialist

For Bolton Hellas we are looking for a Management Accounting Specialist in charge to support our Finance team.
The Management Accounting Specialist develops analytical management reporting and analysis of variances versus targets for Bolton Hellas.
The main responsibilities are the following :
Financial Planning & Analysis
Is responsible for the financial planning, analysis & reporting : develops daily, monthly and annual reports such as : Pricing report, net sales per case, sales reports, sales / revenues per product report, inventory per product, ABC analysis etc.
Executes value-added analysis and provide financial decision support for special trade projects and initiatives
Conducts the financial planning, analysis & review of reporting as requested by the Bolton Group
Assists in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials
Preparation and Management of Budgeting
Prepares the Budgeting report, Latest Estimates and 3 Year Plans under the instructions of the F&A
Prepares the annual budgeting process this includes : setting timelines, writing instructions, consolidating local results, analyzing the output and presenting this to the F&A Manager
Supports in the annual budget development of Bolton Hellas as per the business assumptions and guidance provided by the F&A Manager, in order to present the business plan from a financial point of view
Prepares all management trading results reporting forms requested by the Group, including :
Flash Sales, P&L topsheet, financial position, rolling forecst, overheads report, MKT / ADV expenditure, etc.
Prepares and submits to the F&A Manager the customer profitability report for further sharing and discussion with company management
Prepares and submits to the F&A Manager the ABC analysis - complexity report for further sharing and discussion with company management and involved departments
Prepares internal financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information
Reconciles Cost of Sales to statutory warehouse accounting output
Supports the F&A Manager regarding the consolidation of the financial statements (management) and in the preparation of the Bolton reporting package (statutory) and monthly reports in Tagetik (management)
Maintains and updates spreadsheets for rolling forecasts (profit and loss, cash flow) and other ad hoc information requests, such as TP development, price structures, ad hoc trade activities and others
Monitors the trade marketing expenses (TME’s)
Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals
Skills & Competencies
3-5 years of experience in management accounting
Strong IT knowledge and experience
Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
