The Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) team delivers the following capabilities for Pfizer. Business application platforms supporting Pfizer's enterprise application and critical business processes.
Infrastructure allowing business traffic to travel where it needs to go, internally and externally, along with the appropriate access controls.
EP&S secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world class controls and protections and enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results.
Provide direct support in monitoring the 3rd party vendors who operate Pfizer email and Microsoft O365 environment.
Provide vendor management in the development of new and existing services.
Respond to ad hoc platform questions and provide guidance to organizations in the company.
Research products and vendor capabilities and external workforce platforms and applications landscape, especially cloud service providers, offerings and controls.
Identify regional & global services or innovative techniques to improve operation of systems.
Work effectively in a team environment, including cross-unit and cross-divisional teams, and maintain poise and composure in difficult situations, with a professional attitude at all times.
Implement innovative and advanced new concepts to solve business problems securely.
Support and present recommendations and decisions to project teams.

Constantly drive improvements in client and technology knowledge bases & specifications.
BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years' experience in an Information Technology team
Excellent oral and written communications.
Proven ability to research, develop, and keep abreast of tools, techniques, and process improvements in support of workforce solutions.
Experience with Email and O365 deployment.
1+ years' experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
Experience managing 3rd party Service Defects.
Experience managing large scale, global IT Request for Proposals (RFP), service operations, including but not limited to Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft M365 Services.
