We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Management Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering talent management initiatives and strategies that drive employee and organizational performance.
Primary areas of focus are related to performance management, employee engagement, and training and development at both the employee and leadership level.
Participate in the design and execution of talent management initiatives that meet ongoing and future business needs;
Support the implementation and maintenance of our Performance Management Cycle, from goal-setting through final review, with an emphasis on data tracking and analysis;
Manage the maintenance of the Employee Engagement Survey process;
Assist in the development and execution of company-wide learning initiatives that help us develop and retain top talent;
Support the design, development and delivery of class and online trainings for the whole company;
Manage scheduling and communications for our learning programs to deliver polished and professional experiences;
Provide operational and technical support during virtual training sessions, leveraging digital tools to engage learners;
Assist in the creation of processes and procedures required to launch and maintain new trainings;
Develop, update, and deliver professional quality presentations and training materials to include classroom trainings, webinars, videos, and e-Learnings; and
Support team operations by proactively tracking, monitoring, and reporting on projects.
BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
At least 3 years proven work experience as a Talent Management Specialist / L&D / Talent Development, or a related field;
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
A firm command of the English language and excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong customer focus;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail;
Business acumen, with emphasis on analytical and conceptual thinking;
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver;
A positive, "can do" attitude.
