RWS Emerging BioPharma Product Strategy Lead
Home-Based : UK or Europe
An exciting opportunity which supports growth, differentiation, and specialization for the Emerging BioPharma (EBP) customer segment.
Responsibilities :
Develop and evolve offerings, pricing and operational approaches specific for the EBP client segment across the RWS offering portfolio in close collaboration with the other offering categories
Support integrated offering development with the clinical and commercial business units as part of IQVIA’s molecule to market solutions to EBPs
Drive growth and specialization for EBPs by developing the right messages, materials and thought leadership across different sales & marketing channels, support client workshops and webinars etc.
Serve as a subject matter expert for EBPs by supporting IQVIA BD teams with targeting, early engagement, senior-level client presentations and meetings, as well as the development of client partnerships
involvement in major proposal & bid defenses where needed
and meet defined deliverable / time / quality / cost parameters
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives for the EBP client segment across categories, global and regional business units and other IQVIA EBP focused teams
Regularly tracks win / loss, project margins ; capture lessons learn from bids and delivery; adjust offering strategy as required
Participate and present at external facing industry events
Requirements :
Master’s degree or equivalent; PhD or MD preferred
Minimum of 10 years' relevant working experience
Demonstrated successful operational or consulting experience
Expertise and credibility to engage C-suite at EBP clients with deep understanding of EBP client needs and operations
Client-centricity and proven success in understanding client pain points and developing solutions
Excellent interpersonal, networking and communications skills (written and oral) and ability to build strong, efficient relationships with Senior executives
Knowledge of business and management principles - including planning, process, review, co-ordination of people and resource and operational success measures
