Whether your stay is for a day, two months or a year, every UPSTREET apartment is carefully selected and preapared to provide a seamless living experience to every guest.

We are looking for a Hospitality Agent to join our operations team. UPSTREET operations is a logistics challenge, involving properties across the city, teams, and a continuously changing environment of a promising startup.

As a Hospitality Agent you will :

  • Conduct quality control inspections inside our apartments,
  • Interact with guests on a daily basis and meet & greet on arrivals,
  • Take care of day-to-day hospitality tasks, such as bringing extra items to guests during their stay and manage in-unit needs such as maintenance, repairs, quick housekeeping fixes, and overseeing contractor appointments
  • Assist with making new apartments guest ready
  • You will be also helping the Operations Team to flawlessly manage bookings, guests communication, and preparing of homes between guests arrivals and solve problems to make sure every guest has a top level of experience.

    You will be always ready to jump into action when needed. In this respect, we are looking for fast-thinking, problem-solving communicators to excel our guest experience.

    Essentials are :

  • the ability to handle a finely tuned plan,
  • attention to detail,
  • and multitask under pressure.
  • Requirements

  • Recently graduated from university,
  • Awesome communication skills and a natural ability to build a relationship with our guests.
  • Willingness to get things done and help the team when needed.
  • Technology savvy, including excellent usage of smartphones and social media
  • Fluent written and spoken English, the knowledge of more languages will be an advantage
  • Applicants must be flexible with working hours. Were a 365 - 24 / 7 business, so youll need to work some weekends and bank holidays.

    Youll be based at our offices in Chalandri, however, you will spend most of your time on the move around the city. This role requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties on a daily basis when working.

    Reliable transportation incudes walking, public transport, biking and other forms of transit that provide reasonable transit times between locations.
