Join the team responsible for the end-to-end software development life-cycle. We work with market leaders, like SAP, Samsung, Bosch, Medicover, and many others, who perceive technology as their key component to success.

With us, you will have the possibility to work with development teams on top-notch technologies headless, microservices, Kubernetes, and top eCommerce solutions Commercetools, Magento, Shopware, Akaneo and product customizations.

Salary : 110 - 140 PLN / h net + VAT (B2B)

Joining us as Lead Business Analyst means :

Conducting discovery workshops with the international teams

Mapping business requirements to functionalities requirements and recommending the solution

Act as a mentor and leader for junior BAs

Determining the scope of integrations between systems

Working with QA in order to prepare the scenario tests

Cooperating with the UX design team in order to deliver the best solution for the Customer

Preparing documentation for end-users of the systems

Managing requirements throughout the whole project duration

Supporting the sales department in order to get preliminary requirements, presenting our technological solutions , and preparing the offer

You’ll be a perfect match if you :

Have at least 4 years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, as well as preparing IT project documentation

Are experienced in planning and effectively running the process of gathering and documenting business requirements by using techniques involving the clients

Know how to gather requirements using methods like User story mapping, Event storming, facilitation, etc.

Have experience in working with Confluence or other workgroup software.

Are proactive, organized and engaged in the tasks

Have some experience in being a leader

Speak English fluently - you'll work with foreign clients

It’s also great if you have :

Previous experience in e-business and / or UX

Knowledge of systems and technologies used in eCommerce like marketplaces

Knowledge of CASE (e.g. Visual Paradigm)
