We are currently seeking a highly talented and team-spirited individual to work as : ΗR Recruiter / Generalist

Key accountabilities :

  • Responsible for leading or supporting all aspects of recruiting for the organization and ensuring it is hiring the best possible talent
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • Find ways to increase the availability of proper candidates
  • Screen applicants and interview candidates (via phone, teams and in person)
  • Performing reference and background checks, handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
  • Collect data on KPIs such as cost per hire and time-to-hire
  • Supports the drawing up of job descriptions
  • Liaise with business units to handle their recruitment needs
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate employee training and development plans
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
  • Assist with budget monitoring and Compensation & Benefits issues
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Provide support to employees with reference to various HR-related topics
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
  • Requirements

  • BSc / BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field
  • MSc in HR or related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in HR Department
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
