We are currently seeking a highly talented and team-spirited individual to work as : ΗR Recruiter / Generalist
Key accountabilities :
Responsible for leading or supporting all aspects of recruiting for the organization and ensuring it is hiring the best possible talent
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
Find ways to increase the availability of proper candidates
Screen applicants and interview candidates (via phone, teams and in person)
Performing reference and background checks, handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Collect data on KPIs such as cost per hire and time-to-hire
Supports the drawing up of job descriptions
Liaise with business units to handle their recruitment needs
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Coordinate employee training and development plans
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
Assist with budget monitoring and Compensation & Benefits issues
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Provide support to employees with reference to various HR-related topics
Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
BSc / BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field
MSc in HR or related field
5-7 years' experience in HR Department
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
