Job Description Summary
The Cardiac Connectivity Solutions sales specialist, will be responsible for the development of connectivity projects in hospitals, clinics and other healthcare markets, based on the needs of Cardiology field in countries across Eastern Europe.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide consultation to the Indirect Channel partners (distributors) as well as the Direct Sales teams and support the efforts to bring new deals for the company.
Achieve revenue and profit targets.
Propose the suitable solution in order to cover the healthcare needs and provide the maximum clinical, technological & financial benefits to the customer.
Identify and facilitate market development opportunities on healthcare IT solutions
Develop synergies and strong collaboration across different segments and modalities in order to create new sales strategy and market approach.
Develop projects funnel, ensure the operational execution of the strategic plan and create accurate sales forecast per quarter.
Maintain compliance to business & company processes.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Medical Engineering, Life Sciences, IT solutions.
Proven Sales experience on medical devices, or IT solutions
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, preferred in Cardiology Segment.
High learning and execution agility.
Flexibility in traveling across Eastern Europe.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups and individuals.
