Your key responsibilities

As a Manager of the People & Change team, you will help organisations adapt and evolve their employee experience, connecting it with their customer experience objectives and increasing their ability to make data-driven decisions that can be connected to their business strategy.

The areas in scope would typically cover Talent, Leadership Development, Performance & Rewards, Employer Brand, and Employee Relations.

You will be expected to :

Understand in depth the people and change implications of transformational programmes from strategy through to execution, and perform among other tasks, the following :

a. Directly advise the HR leadership and c-suite of organisations in their readiness to embrace changes as part of their plans to reinvigorate their employee experience.

You will apply your expertise and energy to maximising peoples experience through understanding what matters to them, reimagining the internal brand to align with the tension between changing employee expectations and business needs.

b. Support in the development of business cases, impact assessments and implementation plans, around employee experience initiatives, including :

Organisational culture DNA diagnostics and assessments

Reinvigorating the on-boarding and talent management experience

People-experience strategic projects that create links with customer experience objectives

Lead self by taking ownership of programme deliverables and working closely with other PwC teams to drive high quality outputs to the required standards, whilst driving the desired outcomes of you the overall organizational change objectives.

Lead others by building up a team of consultants, ensuring performance objectives are set, monitored and regular feedback is provided.

Lead the workstream / project / programme by accurately scoping and planning the development of the components of a delivery plan with a strong emphasis on interdependencies with other programme workstreams to ensure the people experience is not compromised.

Lead the business development opportunities, facilitating at internal and external events, and develop new go to market propositions in order to strengthen the PwC brand.

Skills and experience for your future success

If you have :

Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant consulting working experience, where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge of how organisations manage change

An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an asset

Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English

Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables expected by PwC

A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams

Willingness to continue learning and develop your skills as a consultant
