Account Manager (4494 / AM / ESS / GR)
Key Responsibilities :
Manage assigned portfolio to meet the target of maximizing retention rates
Negotiate renewal and mid-term issues
Identify up-selling opportunities
Enhance customer and broker relationships through consistency, quality and delivery of service.
Ensure implementation of contractual terms through continuous training
Qualifications & Skills :
Bank-wide knowledge about Factoring
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent relationship builder (Ability to liaise with members of other core functions and collaborate effectively)
Ability to improve quality of service continuously
Ability to identify new business opportunities through existing portfolio and convert them into profitable long-term relationships
Balance commercial and underwriting objectives
Fluency in English
Computer literacy & skillful in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
