Job Description

The Skouries Project is situated at an elevation range of 350 to 620m above mean sea level within the Kassandra Mines Complex found within the Chalkidiki Peninsula of Northern Greece.

The Complex comprises of a group of mining and exploration concessions, including the Olympias mine, Madem Lakkos and Mavres Petres mines and the Skouries copper-gold porphyry deposit.

The concessions cover approximately 317 km2 and are situated 100 km east of the regional center of Thessaloniki.

For our Skouries Project in Greece we are looking for a PDDM Technician to join our team. In this position you will provide the essential project support, including but not limited to, the points listed below.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities :

Responsible in processing of documents such as Site Engineering, Field Sketch, Engineering Request for Information, IFC Update Notice, Subcontractor documents, As-builts, Redlines and all other Site related documentation into the EDMS that includes managing all squad checks, including distribution, expediting, and returning comments.

Responsible in generating transmittal to external and internal client

In charge of creating workflow of documents for review and / or for return considering the correct distribution (DDM)

Maintains and ensures correct data entry into the electronic database by performing internal quality checking / audit of all technical documents, correct revision, title, form use, project numbering etc.

prior to uploading in the system

Maintains the filing system for hard copies and proper storage if necessary

Performs Administrative works including printing, filing and other document control job

To be Considered Candidates :

Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Job Requirements

Proven work-related experience in a similar position

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Well-developed communication, organizational & interpersonal skills

Technical knowledge to complete the work

Willingness to learn in practice

Preferred candidates live in Greece and / or in close proximity to the project
