As a Customer Advisor you will be the frontline of a very well-known mobile bank. You will be responsible for answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to your customers, advising them on different products and services as well as solving any technical issues in relation to the mobile ap.
Preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding your customers are also very important of this role.
