Summary of the role
The primary purpose of the role is to acquire and on-board new customers in CEE region.
The function will also source and develop new business from existing customers and work closely with the Account Managers to ensure a coordinated client hand off procedure.
The New Business Sales Specilaist will also participate in campaigns utilizing outbound calls, email and other channels to develop new business opportunities.
Deliver new recurring product sales (take a pro-active lead role in running sales campaigns, cold calling)
Generate high number of new opportunities
Knowledge of all Refinitiv products by being part of Financial & Risk market and work closely with the sales and account management team
Ensure the effective handover of accounts to the account manager
Provide feedback from the customer to segments / channels and vice versa, build knowledge of competition
Maintains accurate customer contact and opportunity data in Salesforce
Set up trial of products, close sales over the telephone
Collect and promptly handle in-bound leads
Client perspective :
Strong understanding of financial markets our customers operate in.
Good knowledge of CEE industrial market and customer business needs and workflows.
Solid Presentation Skills.
Ability to execute sale process.
Service Orientation :
Ability to provide clients with the best customer experience as possible via best practice and 'client first' interactions.
Financial Markets Knowledge :
Strong understanding of our various clients segments and be able to speak to various types of financial market or corporate players in order to sell Refinitiv products and services that suit client requirements.
Sales Skills :
Strong sales skills in terms of leading the potential customer from the initial phase to close.
Overcoming objections and maintaining a high client focus
Proficient level of local language.
Bachelors / Masters Degree.
