Oversee facility management and maintenance division.
Serve as the liaison with commercial condominium clients
Assess vendor relationships and leverage opportunities for B2B partnerships / valued added for clients
Oversee the management of large projects to include coordinating with the Board, community manager and vendors.
Construct a strategic plan for expanding facility management services
Assess and track revenue and performance of the division
Attract talent and oversee delivery of services at a high level of and ensure quality control
Monitor active insurance claims
Monitor response to emergency calls
Conduct / oversee reporting on common area inspections
Supervise a staff of 4
Participate in business development efforts to include signing new clients and developing a facility-focused portfolio, creating new revenue streams .
Strong written and oral communication required
Past Performance / Experience : 5-7 years in facility management / building operations, property management, contracting or related area.
Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications and experience will be considered
Supervisory : 3 years (Required)
bringing on new business : 1 year (Preferred)
Facilities Management / Building Operations : 5 years (Required)
