THE POSITION

This role is based in Amanzoe, Porto Heli - Peloponnese, Greece and as an Executive Chef the incumbent will be accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations.

You must exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.

The incumbent Creates, develops, prices and implements new dishes and menus. Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility.

Frequent seasonal menu changes and the flexibility to accommodate guest’s special requests are a must.

This role is based at our Amanzoe in the greater Porto Heli Area - Greece. While we are open to applications from international candidates, we ask that you already possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.

Requirements

The candidates should possess the right to live and work in Greece without the need for a company-supported work permit.

A minimum of 5 Years on a senior role in managing food production & culinary operations in a luxury hotel and / or restaurants gained from working in key cities / resorts destinations globally

A minimum of total 10 years of experience working in five-star luxury kitchens and restaurants is mandatory

International exposure or work experience is mandatory

Thorough knowledge or Gastronomy

Michelin Star Restaurant experience is an advantage

Work experience in the other regions (China, Asia, America, Africa) is also an advantage

Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality / Hotel / Business Management is mandatory

Up to date advanced HACCP certification or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written in English is a mandatory

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferably Greek National
