ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, an international, leader at its domain, is seeking for experienced Helpdesk Specialists, to join their Athens' Hub.

The role reports to the Helpdesk Team Leader.

Working days : Monday to Friday

Helpdesk's Working Hours : 06.00 am to 20.00

Availability for occasional weekend shift (remote : 06.00 - 14.00)

Responsibilities :

To provide a single point of contact for all users' computing environment for the resolution of IT incidents and the processing of requests.

This position supports all information technology needs of the global end user community. Supported to the furthest extent possible is the computing hardware and software associated with these activities such as desktops, laptops, mobile phones and devices and any attached peripherals.

This support is accomplished in a timely and accurate fashion with focus on the highest level of customer service.

  • Bachelor's / College degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences or related field and
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry (including call center and / or desk-side) experience
  • Expert level knowledge of computer hardware and software systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate Active Directory Environment
  • Extremely proficient with technical troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities used in the troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Ability to talk to technical ideas in a manor appropriate to varying end user competency.
  • Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to conduct ad-hoc research into hardware and software issues and products as required.
  • Ability to adapt technical concepts and language to computer user’s technical skill understanding levels.
  • Technical Requirments

  • Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including Exchange Online, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, Cisco Unified Call Management, Windows 7 / 10
  • ITIL knowledge and certification is preferred
  • Microsoft Certifications will be appreciated
  • Cisco Certifications will be appreciated
