As a Norwegian speaking customer service representative, you will be helping Norwegian speaking customers around the world using multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Norwegian clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, positive and professional relationships with Norwegian customers.
Resolve customer problems via webchat, emails and phone calls.Communicating with the Norwegian team, reporting to the supervisor and manager.
RequirementsMust have EU Passport, National I.D. card or a valid work permit for Greece.Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (near native level).
