Channel VAS is seeking a highly qualified HR / Office Administrator in Athens. Having worked in a multinational environment, the ideal candidate should prove his / her demonstrated ability to facilitate the business while being part of crucial HR sub functions in an organization with a startup mentality.

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Update the internal HRIS database
  • Prepare any HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Facilitate and suggest new processes regarding the company’s onboarding smooth outboarding process
  • Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Assist with other HR Admin tasks
  • Responsible for managing shifts schedule on a monthly basis
  • Involvement in HR projects (e.g. assist with organizing a job fair event)
  • Organize HR Events
  • Benefits Administration
  • Responsible for the monthly HR Newsletter
  • Requirements :

    The ideal candidate must meet the following :

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources / Business Administration / Economics or related discipline required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR roles in a complex global environment, preferably in a high technology company
  • Experienced user of HRIS systems
  • Good communication skills both written & verbal
  • Fluent in English
  • Key competencies :

  • Has attention to detail and quality with strong time management and project / work planning skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to contribute in a dynamic highly demanding and continuous evolving business environment with multiple requirements and tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle pressure, ownership of function, and adding value mentality.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical solutions in various stakeholders from different departments
  • Flexible, eager, ambitious, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills
