About the Role Purpose of the role The Contract and Invoice Operations Analyst will ensure that Diageo is paying an appropriate amount for contractual obligations through reconciliation of invoices with contracts and evidence of having met obligations (e.
g. volume or activation). Top Accountabilities Monitor, check and managing of Customer Contracts, handle amendments, and prepare to build reports on active contracts per period / per area Coordination and monitoring of payment requests process, based on contract terms, prepare reports and perform budget control Monitor the customer invoices hard copies collection, and validate invoices, ensuring their right processing with no delays on payments Respond to regular and ad hoc performance report requests About You Experience required / Skills / capabilities / Languages Fluency in English Strong interpersonal, numerical, and problem-solving skills 1-3 years of commercial support experience Possess financial STC SAP accounting knowledge and experience in a collaborative environment Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in different situations Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo’s purpose of celebrating life every day everywhere .
