Sales Specialist for the Surgical Division

Response Company on behalf of its client - a leading company in the field of medical devices

is seeking a Sales Specialist for the Surgical Division, based in Thessaloniki.

We are looking someone that delivers on sales and profit targets and to be passionate on

providing the highest level of service and selling interactions to our Public and Private

Healthcare Customers.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Deliver clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Providing technical support on Surgical Operation Field.
  • Responsible for the profitable growth of General Surgery portfolio in designated
  • accounts to Public & Private sector.

  • Achieves quarterly sales targets set for the region.
  • Identifies and assess new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Providing detailed analysis on trends, opportunities, and threats within the market.
  • Develops strong relationships with Surgeons.
  • Position challenges

  • Operating in a highly competitive environment.
  • Anticipate changing organizational needs and work to competitive market pressures.
  • Unpredictability of time management.
  • Minimum 30% travelling required.
  • On Call Service / Support.
  • We are presently seeking people who have :

  • Healthcare Industry experience (min 4 years in medical devices).
  • Ideally a life-sciences graduate with formal commercial qualification or further
  • business qualification (i.e., MBA).

  • Knowledge of tenders / deal structuring.
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Experience promoting General Surgery products would be highly desirable.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (written & spoken).
