Your Task

  • Delivery of new recruit on-boarding sessions and the ongoing sales and soft skills assessment
  • Continuous development of training and knowledge / skill set assessment material
  • Manage E2E Quality cycle to ensure continuous skills performance with the team
  • Definition of training plans and knowledge based assessment modules
  • Evaluation of team performance and coaching team to improve their communication and soft sales skills (sales service agents, team leaders, supervisors)
  • Conduct Leadership Training with management salesforce, support with ongoing coaching
  • Collaboration with Supervisors and the Operation Manager, in order to improve sales services agent skills, set across project
  • Our Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, including communication at executive level
  • Proven Sales record
  • Organizational / planning skills
  • Presentation and training delivery skills (intercultural)
  • Motivational and leadership qualities
  • High level knowledge of Windows / MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously / independently
  • Experience in B2B, sales, account managemen
  • Fluent in English (additional fluent foreign language skills are a strong plus!)
  • Training / Coaching certification would be beneficial
